AI starts the conversation with your website visitors, answers their questions and works out what they need, with your team ready to join when it matters. When you’re busy or away, it takes their details and helps book the next step, keeping every conversation moving across your website, phone and WhatsApp, with automatic follow-up.

You don't lose work because of your prices or your quality. You lose it in the silent gap: the minutes, evenings and weekends between a customer getting in touch and someone being free to reply.
By then they've filled in two more forms, and another business got back to them first.
Busy mornings, lunch breaks and jobs out of the office leave gaps that nobody is there to fill.
A chat box sits and waits to be clicked. Most people never click anything.
Customers who picked someone else before you even saw their message.
Paying for ads, then finding out months later that nobody answered the people they brought in.
No good customer should get lost in an inbox nobody checks. Not when your team would have won the job.
Good news: the silent gap can be closed. That's all we do.
Nexi learns about your business from your own website, so the crew talks about forklifts, fire safety, soft washing or hot water systems the way your team does. Pick yours.

This film was made with AI to show how Nexi works. It's not a real customer's story.
Your team isn't the problem. They're flat out doing the work that brings in the money. The problem is that nobody can be everywhere at once, and customers won't wait until someone is free. So we built a crew of AI agents. They answer every customer the moment they get in touch, on your website, phone and WhatsApp. Then they pass each one to your team with all the details.
“I built NEXUSPRO for business owners who are great at winning work but can't answer every call, chat and message at every hour. Our job is simple: make sure your team hears about every customer while they still want to buy.”
Darren Gallagher · Founder, NEXUSPRO
AI ASSISTANTNexi helps answer questions, qualify enquiries and connect customers with your team. Conversations stay connected across the channels you enable.
You don’t get a login and a manual. The NEXUSPRO team plans, sets up, tests and keeps improving Nexi with you.
One normal Tuesday, hour by hour. Your people do what people do best, and the crew handles everything that comes in between.
Nexi's morning summary is waiting: who got in touch overnight, who's getting keen, and who to call first. Every conversation is already saved in the CRM, with the name of the person looking after it.
Cleo · website chatSomeone on your website asks if you work in their area. Cleo answers, asks the questions your team would ask, and marks them as interested.
Nobody waits in line because someone's busy.
Ringo · incoming callsA customer who's been in touch before rings while the office is empty. Ringo can already see Monday's chat, so the caller doesn't have to explain everything again.
One customer. One conversation that keeps going.
Callum · calls backOnly people who've already contacted you, starting with who's most likely to answer and buy. Anyone ready to talk details goes straight to a person on your team.
Never cold calls. Only people who got in touch first.
Otto + NexiSomeone is back on your website for the third time. Otto starts the chat. When they ask about price, Nexi doesn't guess. It books them a call with your team for 8:30 tomorrow morning.
Price questions go to a person, unless you’ve told Nexi otherwise.
Winnie · WhatsAppWinnie replies, checks what's in them, answers their next question and adds everything to the same customer file.
You're asleep on the couch. The customer's already been looked after.
NexiTheir buying score is up to 86 out of 100, and someone on your team has been picked to look after them. Tomorrow's summary is ready before anyone's put the kettle on.
Your team works about 38 hours a week. The crew covers the other 130.
“I get asked this every week, and I get why. You see an AI chatting on a website and you think ‘chatbot’. So here’s the proper answer.”Darren Gallagher · Founder, NEXUSPRO

Nexi looks after the whole journey.
Most AI tools do one job, and none of them knows what the others did. NEXUSPRO works the other way round: one system sits behind your website, phone and WhatsApp, with Nexi running it.
More booked work. Less paperwork. And your team is still the one winning it.
No new website. No new system for your team to learn. No set price until we've seen your numbers.
Type in your website and Nexi learns from it in minutes. Talk to it like a customer would, and share it with the people who answer your calls and messages.

No. The crew covers the hours your team can't, like evenings, weekends, lunch breaks and busy mornings. It also chats to people on your website while your team is in the office. Your people set the rules and can jump in at any time. Anyone ready to buy goes to a person on your team.
Only if you tell it to. To start with, it gives no prices and no rough guesses. When someone asks about price, Nexi books them a call or passes them straight to your team. If you want it to share prices or price ranges, you teach it your prices and tell it exactly when to use them. It never makes up a price, and the same goes for product and technical advice.
Yes. Every agent says it's an AI, every time. The faces on this page are drawings, just a fun way to introduce the crew. In real conversations, nobody pretends to be a person.
There's no set price. What you pay is worked out from your own numbers in a 20-minute Leaking Leads Check: how many customers get in touch, where they're slipping away, and what the crew would need to cover.
No. Nexi learns about your business from your own website, and the NEXUSPRO team sets up the crew with you: what they know, what questions they ask, and when they pass a customer to your team.
No. It's added to the website you already have and connects to the CRM and calendar you already use. Every conversation is saved in the CRM with the name of the person looking after it.
No. The crew talks to people who visit your website, message you or call you, and follows up with people who've already been in touch. It never contacts strangers out of the blue.
