I spent years coaching small business owners in Australia and the UK. The same thing kept coming up.
They were good at the work. Their customers loved them. But their marketing was a patchwork of tools that didn't talk to each other. Customers slipped through the cracks at night and on weekends. And the owner spent their evenings doing paperwork instead of growing the business.
The technology to fix that already existed. It just wasn't set up in a way a busy business could use. So in December 2022 I started NEXUSPRO. We help businesses use technology to market better and run better, without needing to become tech experts.
